Chamo Friends: Lucky Coin

Which game this policy covers

This policy describes how Chamo_World handles information in Chamo Friends Lucky Coin, which we develop and operate. It applies only to this game.

For information about visits to our official website and our general support channels, see the Chamo_World website privacy policy.

What we store and why

  • On your device. The game saves your progress, cards, scenery, badges, coins, Star Shards, settings such as language and volume, and the time of your last save. This lets you continue playing with your settings and gives you a local backup.
  • Apple linking. We use an identifier and credentials issued by Apple, together with the corresponding game ID, to verify your identity, identify your game account, transfer progress, unlink it or delete it.
  • Cloud saves. We store your game ID, saved progress, items, balances and settings, along with the dates you played and the times you saved. We use these to save and restore progress, check balances and deliver gifts to eligible players.
  • Purchases and Star Shard transactions. When purchases are available, records include transaction IDs, products, purchases and refunds. We also record Star Shard credits, spending and reversals to verify transactions, prevent duplicate credits and fraud, and investigate problems.
  • When you connect. Our infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, connection time and errors to run the service, investigate outages and keep it secure.
  • When you contact us. We use your contact details, your message and any game ID, device model, operating system or screenshots you share to reply and investigate the issue.

Linking with Apple is optional. Unlinked progress stays on your device. We do not request your name or email address when you sign in with Apple. We never receive your Apple Account password or payment card number.

Cloud saves and moving to a new device

While your account is linked, the game connects periodically to save progress, so playing requires an internet connection. Only one device can play on the same Apple account at a time. To switch devices, close the game on the first one. The game checks the connection and the latest save before play resumes.

You can restore only data that finished saving to the cloud under the same Apple account. Before deleting the app or changing devices, check the last save time in Settings → Cloud save. Progress that has not been uploaded cannot be recovered from the cloud. Progress and balances from separate devices are never added together.

When you relink to an account that already has a cloud save, you can replace it with your current device’s progress or restore the cloud save to this device. Before restoring, you can review the cards, Star Coins, and free and paid Star Shards in the cloud save. Declining both options leaves both saves as they are and cancels linking. Our server keeps track of paid Star Shards and purchases, so replacing a save cannot duplicate them or credit them twice.

Ads and your privacy choices

We use Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) for ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform for consent choices. You decide whether to watch a rewarded ad.

The ad service may process IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash and performance information. It uses this information to deliver ads, measure their performance, prevent fraud, and maintain and improve its services.

The game requests non-personalized ads. The ad service may still collect information when it delivers them.

The choices you see depend on your region and consent status. When you need to review or change a choice, open Settings → Ad settings.

For details, see Google’s privacy policy and the Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures.

Services we use

  • Apple. Sign in with Apple and, where purchases are available, payment processing and transaction verification. Apple privacy information
  • Supabase. Authentication, cloud saves and server operations. Supabase processes game information to help us provide the service. Supabase privacy information
  • Google AdMob. Ad delivery and consent management, as described above.

Depending on the provider, information may be processed outside the country or region where you live. See each provider’s information for details. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect rights or safety, and only to the extent needed.

How long we keep information and how we protect it

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service, respond to questions, meet legal obligations or prevent fraud. The period depends on the type of information and how the service is used. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove information that could identify you.

We keep the 30 most recent encrypted backups on an operator-controlled device to recover from outages. They include purchase, save and gift records and the identifiers that link those records to authenticated accounts. We do not store support email addresses or message contents in the game’s Supabase database.

We encrypt communications and restrict access to help prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. We cannot guarantee that every save or recovery will succeed.

Deleting your account and data

If you have linked with Apple, go to Settings → Cloud save → Delete account. You will review two confirmations and verify your identity with Apple again.

Once deletion is complete, you lose your game account, its Apple link, progress, cards, scenery, badges, coins, and unused free and paid Star Shards. Deleted game data cannot be recovered. Your Apple account itself remains intact.

We may retain purchase and paid Star Shard records as needed to comply with law and prevent duplicate transactions or fraud. Deleting your game account does not automatically cancel or refund purchases.

Uninstalling the app leaves your cloud account in place. Resetting progress and deleting an account have different effects. See the account deletion instructions.

Questions about your information

To see, correct or delete your information, or to ask us to stop using it, please email support. We will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law. We never ask for your Apple password or verification codes.

For younger players and their families

If you are under the age of majority, review this policy with a parent or guardian before sharing information through Apple linking, ad choices or support messages. Parents and guardians may also contact us directly.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when game features or applicable laws change. We will post the changes and update date here. When needed, we will also announce important changes in the app or through other channels.
