About this website
This policy explains how Chamo_World handles information on its official website and information you send when you contact us.
Each game has its own privacy policy covering saved data, Apple linking, purchases and ads. The practices described for this website do not apply to every game.
When you visit the site
This site has no ads, input forms, or third-party analytics tags.
Your browser remembers your display mode and language. Clearing this site’s data removes both preferences.
We count visits across the site. Changing pages or languages is part of the same visit. After 30 minutes of inactivity, your next interaction starts a new visit. Each page shows the total and the date counting began.
Your browser creates a temporary random ID for each visit to avoid double counting. The counter database stores the total, its start date, and a temporary hash and expiry time to recognize retried requests. Expired entries are removed on subsequent visits. The counter does not store game IDs, IP addresses, email addresses, or a history of pages viewed.
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address and the time of your visit to deliver pages and help keep the site secure. If a page requires sign-in, the hosting provider also handles the credentials and cookies used to access it.
If you follow an external link, such as a link to email or X, the destination service’s privacy practices also apply.
When you contact us
We receive your email address or X account, your message and any details you choose to share, such as your game ID, device model, operating system or screenshots. We use these to reply, investigate the issue and follow up as needed.
We never ask for your password, verification codes or payment card number. Please send only the personal information needed for your inquiry.
How we keep information safe
We keep information for as long as we need it to answer inquiries, meet legal obligations or prevent fraud. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove information that could identify you.
We limit who can access information and what they can do with it to help prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. Providers such as our email and hosting services may process information on our behalf, including outside the country or region where you live.
We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect rights or safety. We limit disclosure to what is needed.
Questions about your information
To see, correct or delete your information, or to ask us to stop using it, please email support. We will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law.
For instructions on deleting a game account, visit that game’s support page.
For younger players and their families
If you are under the age of majority, review your message with a parent or guardian before sending personal information. Parents and guardians may also contact us directly.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or applicable laws change. We will post the changes and the update date here and give notice of important changes when needed.
